Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)
Pursuant to Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from any purchase made online, without providing any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.
How to Request a Return or Exchange Online
To initiate the procedure, simply send an e-mail to info@piedaterrevenezia.com indicating the order number and the nature of the request (refund or exchange).
Following the assessment and acceptance of the request, the Customer may choose between:
- Refund of the amount paid
- Exchange for a different product available in our catalogue
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must:
- be returned in the same condition in which it was received;
- be unworn and unused;
- have all original tags attached;
- be enclosed in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
Shipping costs are shared between Piedàterre and the Customer:
- The Customer is responsible for the return shipment to our warehouse;
- Piedàterre covers the shipping cost of the new product, in the case of an exchange.
Exchanges for In-Store Purchases
For purchases made at our stores in Venice, the Customer is entitled to request an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate the procedure, please e-mail info@piedaterrevenezia.com indicating the receipt details. The eligibility conditions are the same as those applicable to online returns.
Shipping costs, both outbound and return, are entirely borne by the Customer.
In-store purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or non-compliant products: only an exchange for another product is permitted.
Defective or Non-Compliant Products
The Customer is kindly requested to inspect the product upon delivery. In the event of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant item, please contact info@piedaterrevenezia.com promptly, so that we may assess the case and identify the most appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legal warranties.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from the right of return and exchange, pursuant to Article 59, letter c), of the Italian Consumer Code.

Refund Timeframes
Following the return and inspection of the item, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
