Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy within 48 working hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Couriers

Shipments are entrusted to the couriers DHL, GLS, and FedEx. Once the order has been collected by the courier, the Customer will receive via e-mail a tracking code that will allow them to monitor the shipment status until delivery.

Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Duties

Shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes and customs duties, are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination selected by the Customer.

For international shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fiscal charges applied by the authorities of the destination country are entirely at the recipient's expense.

Delays and Delivery Issues

In the event of delays, unforeseen circumstances, or anomalies in delivery, Piedàterre will promptly contact the Customer.

Save as otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law, Velvet Ventures S.R.L. shall not be held liable for parcels lost, damaged, or withheld for reasons attributable to the courier or to the customs authorities.
