Since 1952, Piedaterre has crafted its slippers near the Rialto Bridge with the same respect for manual skill — this collaboration simply makes that shared ethos visible.
The upper is cut from Bevilacqua's grid-pattern fabric, a composition of 60% silk and 40% cotton woven on wooden looms whose pace cannot be accelerated. The geometric grid — orderly yet alive with the micro-variations of hand-weaving — stretches across the Dandy's elevated V-neckline and follows the pointed toe to its tip, creating a visual interplay between the fabric's classical regularity and the silhouette's modern sharpness.
