Refund policy

Online exchanges/returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return/exchange, contact us at info@piedaterrevenezia.com with your order number. If your item is accepted, we’ll refund you or exchange it for your desired product. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return or exchange shipping charges are shared between Piedàterre and our customers. You will need to send us back the pair/s at your expense, and we will take care of shipping the new pair/s to you.

In-store exchanges:

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request an exchange.

To start an exchange, contact us at info@piedaterrevenezia.com with your order number. We’ll exchange your friulane with your desired product if it is accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We kindly ask the customer to cover the cost of both shipments.

We do not refund purchases made in-store.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch with us at info@piedaterrevenezia.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
